Meet our Hosts

Lauren

Lauren

Lauren grew up in the breathtaking mountains of North Carolina, dreaming big and chasing success. When she landed her “dream job” in Washington, DC, she thought she had it all—until reality slapped her in the face. DC life wasn’t it, so when an opportunity to relocate to Huntsville, AL, popped up, she packed her bags and never looked back. Then came him. The guy who seemed like the one—until she found out he was nothing more than a walking red flag factory. Turns out, he’d been using her from day one, and she didn’t uncover the full betrayal until a year into their marriage. Plot twist? That heartbreak didn’t break her. Instead, she took that mess and turned it into a movement. Cue Spill the Tea HSV—the podcast where women sip, spill, and serve up hard-earned wisdom about love, lies, and lessons learned the hard way. Because if Lauren can help even one woman spot the red flags she missed, then honey, it was all worth it.

Bree

Bree, 35, is a North Alabama native who grew up surrounded by Southern values and charm. Like many, she once believed her first marriage would be her only—until life had other plans. After navigating three divorces and multiple miscarriages, she is now embracing a new chapter, stepping into a life that is entirely her own. As a single dog mom, Bree is cautiously re-entering the dating world, taking things one step at a time. She firmly believes that at every stage of life, everyone is healing from something, and this phase has been both her most transformative and most challenging yet. Having experienced betrayal, dishonesty, and attachment struggles in past relationships, Bree is passionate about empowering women with the knowledge to recognize red flags before they become entangled in toxic relationships. Through her journey, she hopes to inspire others to prioritize self-awareness, healing, and ultimately, their own happiness.

Amber

Amber

Amber grew up in the Panhandle of Florida with a kind heart, a free spirit, and a deep belief in love. She loved hard, trusted deeply, and assumed the best in people—until life started handing her lessons instead of fairytales. First came a relationship that wasn’t just toxic, but abusive—physically, sexually, and emotionally. She survived it, even when it tried to break her. Then came a love that felt safe and real… until alcohol took the wheel and refused to let go. She tried to save him. Spoiler alert: you can’t. After a devastating breakup with the man she thought was her soulmate, Amber packed up her life and moved to Huntsville for a fresh start. New city. New chapter. Same hope. That’s when she met him—the almost-husband. The ring was coming, the future was planned… until she opened his phone and uncovered multiple betrayals hiding in plain sight. Plot twist? That pain didn’t ruin her—it refined her. Cue Spill the Tea, the podcast where red flags turn into reality checks and heartbreak into healing. It’s a space for women who’ve ignored their intuition, loved the wrong person too long, and are now choosing themselves. With honesty, humor, and a whole lot of truth, we remind women that healing is possible—and that peace is always worth the walk away. Because if sharing her story helps even one woman leave sooner, heal faster, or trust herself again—then every chapter was worth it. ☕✨
